Spicy Vegan Ramen (Rich &Creamy)

π² Ingredients:
✅ 2 cups vegetable broth
✅ 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
✅ 1 tbsp miso paste
✅ 2 tbsp soy sauce
✅ 1 tbsp sriracha or chili oil πΆ️
✅ 1/2 cup mushrooms π
✅ 1/2 cup bok choy π₯¬
✅ 1 pack ramen noodles
πͺ Instructions:
1️⃣ SautΓ© mushrooms & bok choy in a pan.
2️⃣ In a pot, mix broth, coconut milk, miso, soy sauce & chili oil.
3️⃣ Cook ramen noodles, then combine everything.
